We no longer sell Guardsman Furniture Protection.

This has been replaced by our new Care+ Protect offering that gives our customers a comprehensive level of cover.

Existing Guardsman policy holders that purchased a plan before October 31st 2022 can get support for their furniture by following these simple steps:

Step 1

Simply call Guardsman on 0345 128 1240, or visit the Guardsman website to submit a claim.

Step 2

Guardsman will talk you through the next steps, which may include sending out an expert technician to repair your furniture

Step 3

If the damage can't be repaired, Guardsman will source new parts for you. And if new parts aren't available, you'll receive a brand new replacement.

It's easy to make a claim - and keep your furniture looking gorgeous for as long as possible.

Make a claim

Wherever possible their network of expert technicians always try to repair the damage. If a repair isn't possible, they will source new parts for you, or if they are not available, a replacement item.

Claim for as many incidents as you need over 5 years, up to the price you originally paid for your furniture or £15,000, whichever is the lowest.
